Kosei Masutani

Director, Asset Management

Kosei Masutani is Director of Asset Management where he oversees the Ontario and Western Canada portfolio for Pure Industrial. He is responsible for driving operational performance, leasing strategies, and capital planning to maximize value across these regions.

Kosei joined the firm in 2021 and brings over 12 years of experience in real estate debt, investments and asset management. Prior to joining Pure Industrial, he held progressive roles at Hullmark Asset Management and La Caisse (formerly Otéra Capital). In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter. Kosei holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a BA from Boston University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
