Whitney Côté

Whitney Côté is Director of Strategic Operations at Pure Industrial, where she reports to the President and leads initiatives to shape strategic direction, optimize operations, and drive innovation for long-term growth. She collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure organizational success.

Whitney joined Pure Industrial in 2016 and has held roles across investments and asset management. Prior to joining Pure Industrial she spent time at a commercial mortgage fund manager raising retail and institutional capital and underwriting Canadian commercial real estate.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science (Global Resource Systems) from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School (University of Western Ontario).
