Link Logistics (“Link”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, and Pure Industrial (“Pure”), one of Canada’s leading providers of industrial real estate, today announced the appointment of Hitesh Mistry as Head of Canada.

Since 2022, Mistry has served as Chief Financial Officer for Pure. In his new role, Mistry oversees Pure’s leadership team and is responsible for the overall strategy and investment activities of the business across Canada. He reports to Luke J. Petherbridge, Chief Executive Officer, Link Logistics. Mistry’s focus includes continuously building Pure’s operational excellence, top-tier customer service and people-first culture.

Link Logistics, which operates as Pure Industrial in Canada, owns and operates nearly 500 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across 3,000 properties in North America. Its portfolio spans more than 40 markets and supports critical supply chains for customers across a wide range of industries.

“Canada remains one of the most important and dynamic industrial real estate markets in North America, and Hitesh is uniquely positioned to lead its next chapter of growth,” said Luke J. Petherbridge, CEO, Link Logistics. “His deep industry expertise, proven leadership track record, strong relationships across the market, and commitment to our people and customers make him the ideal person to take on this critical role.”

“I am honoured to be appointed head of Canada at such an exciting time for Link and Pure,” said Mistry. “We have an exceptional team, a world-class portfolio, and a unique opportunity ahead. I look forward to working with our employees, customers, partners and communities to build on our leadership in Canada while delivering the benefits of a premier North American platform.”

Mistry succeeds Pure’s former president and chief operating officer David Owen, who has stepped down from the organization after helping transform Pure into a market-leading industrial real estate platform with more than 42 million square feet of prime properties serving over 1,200 customers across Canada.

“On behalf of our entire organization, I want to thank David for his leadership, partnership and unwavering vision,” said Petherbridge. “Through periods of significant growth and transformation, he helped build one of Canada’s most respected industrial real estate platforms and a strong foundation for long-term growth. We wish him every success in the future.”
