Andrée Lemay-Roux

As Vice President, Legal Affairs and ESG, Andrée Lemay-Roux is Pure’s trusted leader for all legal matters, including the evaluation and management of risks as well as providing strategic legal advice to find the best possible outcomes for the business. She also oversees and contributes to the continued expansion of Pure’s environmental, social and governance programs. She actively participates in sharing and implementing the company’s strategy and vision across the organization.

Andrée joined Pure in 2022 and has extensive legal experience in both private practice and real estate organizations. Prior to joining Pure, Andrée held various legal positions with Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust.

Andrée holds a law degree from Université Laval and has been practicing law as a member of the Québec Bar since 2010.
