Madeleine Hansen

Madeleine Hansen is Senior Director, Asset Management, where she oversees the Quebec portfolio for Pure Industrial. She is responsible for driving operational performance, leasing capital planning, and portfolio management strategies to maximize value across the province.

Madeleine joined the firm in 2019 and brings over 10 years of experience in asset management, investments and dispositions. Prior to joining Pure Industrial, she held an asset management role at Agellan Commercial REIT. She serves as board member of the Dankooz committee to raise funds for Montreal Children’s Hospitals and holds an Honours B.A. from the Victoria College at The University of Toronto.
