Toronto, ON. Pure Industrial announces the expansion of its executive team with the appointment of Peter McFarlane as Executive Vice President – Head of Real Estate Operations. Peter is an industry veteran with over 15 years’ experience in Canadian real estate, joining Pure to oversee the company’s asset management, capital projects, leasing and property management, and building operations.

Peter brings expertise in managing investment, development, asset management and leasing for some of Canada’s largest institutional real estate owners. At Pure, Peter will help lead these segments in executing Pure’s key strategic initiatives, with a core focus on enhancing value for investors, mentoring team members, streamlining process and technology, and delivering best-in-class services to customers.
