Bram10 is Brampton’s largest industrial development, bringing Pure customers unmatched connectivity and location.

Toronto, ON – Pure Industrial, one of Canada’s leading providers of industrial real estate, announced today the launch of Bram10, the latest modern industrial development in Brampton, Ontario, in partnership with Hopewell Development and leasing partner CBRE Limited.

“We are excited to be adding Bram10 to our robust portfolio of developments in the GTA,” says David Owen, President and Chief Operating Officer at Pure Industrial. ‘Settled in the heart of   Brampton’s commerce center, we have a unique opportunity to deliver for customers who need tailored industrial solutions to grow their business in one of Canada’s fastest-growing markets. The newly completed facility is just minutes from North America’s busiest highway network and has been developed to serve a variety of uses such as innovative logistics, office space, transportation, advanced manufacturing, and distribution. We thank Hopewell Development and CBRE for their partnership and look forward to welcoming new customers to the new development on Whybank Drive.”

The Bram10 site includes two individual buildings for customers to choose from and customize, 10 Whybank Drive and 20 Whybank Drive, spanning a combined 626,000+ sq. ft. The development offers a total of 85 truck-level doors, a clearing height of more than 36’ and the ability for built-to-suit offices to accommodate a growing business.

The development is located in one of the most active industrial markets in the Greater Toronto Area and is strategically located to provide customers with unparalleled access to major arterial highways including the 401 and 407. In addition to offering this ideal location, Bram10 will provide Pure’s customers access to one of Ontario’s highest-quality labour pools and the site is anticipated to create more than 300 jobs once occupied, with quick access to Brampton’s Züm and GO Train lines.

“Bram10’s strategic access and interconnectivity will accelerate our customers’ business activity and growth,” says Peter McFarlane, Executive Vice President and head of Real Estate Operations. “We’re proud to be able to offer this kind of integrated and full-service solution in Brampton while contributing to Canada’s supply chain.”
